Early Evening Trivia On Monday

Another reminder to all the Professor Thom's Trivia players that Trivia Night will begin earlier on Monday night due to the Red Sox game in Oakland beginning at 10:05 ET. It will begin at 8 PM instead the usual 9 PM, and we will be back to the usual five categories as well. We had to go with just four for a couple of weeks due to some lengthy Red Sox games played those nights.

And in addition to Current Events, General Knowledge, IQ Trivia and True or False Trivia (that will also be The Q Train lightning round), I'm trying out a new category called "Four Seasons Trivia," and it will be worth a possible 20 points for the round. I will give you a famous event in history, and you have to tell me which season of the year (winter, spring, summer or fall) it occurred in. And if you give me the right month and day it happened, you'll get another point. Something new to try out.

And here's the Sneak Peek question:

What unit of measurement was supposedly based on the distance from King Henry I's nose to his fingertips?

Still up by 12 1/2...You're going to have games like this, it's just worse when the other team has "NEW YORK" on their uniforms, and Slappy does the damage.
