He was a great centerfielder for the Red Sox, from 1940-42, and 1946-53. He was elected to the Red Sox Hall of Fame in 1995, but he was always stuck in the shadow of his more famous brother.But Dom DiMaggio was a wonderful man, and he passed away this morning in Massachusetts at the age of 92.
