This Friday night, there will be a casting party at Game On! Fenway Park for the second season of the NESN TV show "The Batter's Box." It is the Red Sox Trivia game show.They are looking for Sox fans from all stripes to take part in the auditions, and they will run from 6-10 PM on Friday night, June 4th, while the Red Sox take on the Orioles in Baltimore.
16 contestants will be chosen, and eventually there will be one person crowned champion. The show airs every Sunday night at 9 on NESN, beginning this July.
So if you think you know everything about the Red Sox and want to prove it to the world, here's your chance.
