It was 27 years ago today that John Lennon left us.
It's still one of the worst days of my life.
We miss you John.

To think this occasion slipped my mind:
I was 25 in Cypress Hills Brooklyn, & watching Channel 5, when they cut into the news to bring this story;
John loved living in NYC, hence it was so sad that he died here so violently.
