Today would have been the 69th birthday for the late, great George Harrison.
To celebrate the day, here is a really cool YouTube clip from Eric Idle's "Rutland Weekend Television" program, from 1975. George appears as "Pirate Bob", and later as he's about to do "My Sweet Lord" with the band, he breaks into "The Pirate Song." Great stuff. (Neil Innes, who was in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" as one of "Robin's Minstrels" is in this clip.)
BTW, Rutland Weekend Television morphed into "The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash", the great Beatles parody that Eric Idle did in 1978, and George appeared in that as well, as an interviewer named Eric Manchester.
