An Evening With Gordon Edes

On Saturday night, April 28th, a very special event will go on for Red Sox fans here in New York. "An Evening of Red Sox Baseball With Gordon Edes and Friends" will be happening at Foley's NY Pub and Restaurant on West 33rd Street. Gordon is of course, one of the writers who covers the Red Sox for the Boston Globe.

I had the pleasure of going to one with Gordon back in 2004, and I had a great time. Over 100 Red Sox fans gathered in a bar in Manhattan and we talked all night about the Red Sox and bid on all kinds of Sox paraphernalia. Gordon is a really great guy to sit and shoot the breeze with and talk baseball.
