Indeed. I love the pundits who are speculating about whether or not trade embargos will now be lifted. Squeeze me? What's actually changing?
(Not that I'm in favor of embargos, but the rationale is as it was, so what's different?)
If anyone in Cuba thinks that might be happening well.....
