This song is from his debut solo LP. I think the album ranks as his finest. Sure, DOUBLE FANTASY had its hits and its beauty (Beautiful Boy, one of my all time favorite songs ever) but this was raw Lennon emotion.
"Plastic Ono Band" is my favorite solo album from John, Peter. This was the album where John got rid of all his demons, and also one of my favorite albums, period.
