One of Trivia's Godfathers Is Gone

It's a sad day in the world of Trivia today, as Chris Haney (pictured on the left), one of the founders of Trivial Pursuit, died in Toronto on Monday after a long illness, at the age of 59.

I flipped over the game the first time I played it back in the mid-1980s. It certainly revolutionized Trivia. Here's more about the legendary board game.

My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Mr. Haney. Here's more about him from CBC News.

With thanks to Rob for sending me the article.

Do you mean you "flipped" when playing it the first time? Or that you flipped the board over in fit of rage and walked away? Either one would be a testament to how great TP is!

I should have said I was crazy about it, Jere. Sorry for the confusion!
