I'm a Yankees fan with nothing but respect for Mr. Epstein. An amazing decade he had in Boston. Not surprised at all that his goodbye is a classy one - seems true to his nature. He figures out a way to win a WS with the Cubs after "reversing the Curse" 2x over in Boston and upon retirement he'll be a first-ballot inductee....
Nicely said, Adam. Theo always handled himself with class. I'm not surprised he took out this ad. 9 years in the Boston fishbowl was enough for him, and now on to a bigger challenge in Chicago. I wish him all the luck in the world.
