Going From Bad to Even Worse

Just when you think it can't possibly get any worse, it does.

The Red Sox were swept by one of the NL's worst teams at home, allowing 16 runs in the process in last night's finale, an excruciating loss that took an unbearable 4 hours and 19 minutes to play.

I'll spare you all the gory details, only to say that Mookie Betts hit his first MLB home run over the Green Monster.

How many times have we heard the term "rock bottom" this year? I've lost count.

Just 7 1/2 months to go until the players report to Ft. Myers for Spring Training.
