The rainy weather kept the crowds down last night at Professor Thom's last night, as 8 teams took part in the Trivia. I made two errors last night, as it was pointed out to me that in the "Classic Novels of the 20th Century" round, I listed "Angela's Ashes" as one of the choices, but that is actually a memoir and not a novel, but we kept it in anyway. (Don't know how that slipped by me!) And the other was the question about the "island nation" in General Knowledge round and the answer was Bermuda, but it was pointed out that technically Bermuda is not a nation or sovereign state but an island territory of the UK. So because the question was a bit vague, I tossed it out and gave everyone three points for the question. The Mighty Quinn regrets the errors!
It was another night for the guys from DIMS, as they led throughout the night, and went into the winners circle with 44 points. Second place went to Iron Bank with 36 points, and third place went to Return of the Djoubooties! (Nice job, Jack, Joel and Glenn!) with 34 points.
