I had no idea what to expect for our special night of Trivia on Thursday night. Changing days can be rather problematic, as many people who know about our Trivia Night change can't make it, and with just a few minutes before our start time, the bar was far from crowded. But I was really pleased to see so many of the regulars come in, and we had 13 teams in total. Once again, I thank you so much for your loyalty and altering your schedules to come out.
We had a good reaction to the Special Category of "Baseball Movie Lines Trivia", with the seven answers already given and you had to match them up. We will definitely be bringing back that format in the future. The scores were strong throughout the night, and they were especially big for the Q Train lightning round. We had three teams separated by only two points as we went into IQ Trivia, and the team in second place, Tom Watson Can Still Work On His One-Wood, was one of two teams to get all five correct and wound up winning by seven points. Nice job by Matt and his team getting back to the winner's circle.
