We had 12 teams compete in Trivia Night on Monday, which was a clammy night in New York. The humidity was awful, and for a time there it looked like we'd have very few teams come in to play. But we did get going at about 8:45 PM, and we concluded at about 10:30, just after the Red Sox-Angels game got going in Anaheim.
The special category of Original Artists Trivia (name the original artist who recorded the hit song) was a tough one for most teams, as only two got a score of more than 5. Most teams did well in The Q Train round, but the swcores on General Knowledge were lower than I would have thought.
It was close going into the final round, but the team called Bud Selig Is A Douchebag held on to their three point lead and won by four points.
Next week, Trivia Night returns to its normal time, around 9:30 PM, as the Red Sox have a home game that night against Tampa Bay.
