Trivia Q&A: July 9

On a hot, scorching Monday night, we had 16 teams participate in Trivia. (Thank goodness for air conditioning!) The first two rounds were tough, as most of the scores were on the lower side. But most teams did very well in All-Star Game Trivia. (I was surprised teams did better in it than Quotations Trivia.)

But the team called Rob LaRose is the Weakest Link-Goodbye was the overall winner, getting 14 points in the IQ Trivia round to take first place by 7 points. (They also had the winner of the Home Run Derby pool that was going on in the bar, so it was a great night overall for them.)

We'll be back next Monday night after the Red Sox game, around 9:30 PM or so. Stay cool.
