At 11:49 AM today, we had the 40,000th visitor to The Mighty Quinn Media Machine, that is since April 20, 2006, when I put the Site Meter up on this site. (That was five weeks after I began the blog.)Visitor number 40,000 was someone who came here off of a satellite provider, and their exact location was not specified. They had done a web search on Billy "White Shoes" Johnson, the old Houston Oilers wide receiver who I recently mentioned in one of my All-Star Game columns.
I'm averaging about 130-140 hits per day over the last few weeks, and I thank all of you who come to my site, especially those of you who come over here on a daily basis.
