Trivia Q&A: April 3

It was a record-setting night of Trivia at Professor Thom's on Tuesday night, as we had 22 teams take part. (So it was a long night for me keeping scores!) The bar was really crowded, and not for any particular reason outside Trivia Night. We had a fabulous game going, and two teams, The Fluffers and The Girl In The Red Shirt Is Hot both with perfect scores through the first four rounds. I really didn't think I made the questions particularly easy this week, but they both did great until the IQ Trivia round.

But that round was tough. We had only one team get as many as 4 of 5 correct, and many teams got only 1 or 2 right. The Fluffers got 3 correct in that round for 14 points and got the win by three points. The second place team, Seymour Butts, won free passes to the second "Boston Teabag Party" a night of Boston comedians that will be held on May 17 at Professor Thom's Loft.

I introduced a new category, Quantity 1-10 Trivia, and that went well, as did Baseball Trivia. Quantity 1-10 was 10 questions where all the answers are the numbers 1-10, and none are repeated. I'm thinking of bringing it back again next week. We gave The Q Train lightning round the week off, but it will be back next Tuesday.
