I've read about half of it and am printing out the rest for leisurely after-work reading.Suldoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07778845367184916684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24009374.post-71691106020671963062007-02-12T10:02:00.000-05:002007-02-12T10:02:00.000-05:00Works for me...the pic link...and Stamford is far ...Works for me...the pic link...and Stamford is far away for me....but I loved the post....take care as we prepare for our first (maybe) snowstorm.......Peter Nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00625257724065648318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24009374.post-24379747174211154782007-02-11T18:02:00.000-05:002007-02-11T18:02:00.000-05:00Thanks for the heads up Ken, but the picture is wo...Thanks for the heads up Ken, but the picture is working fine for me. They opened a store in Stamford in the late 90s, and I was the rep for the store for Bayside, the company I worked for then (as did my buddy Ken in Sacramento). It was a good store but a pain for me to get to from Brooklyn.

Thanks guys for the nice comments about Danny's column. I'll make sure he knows about them.BklynSoxFanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17512844600688808055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24009374.post-38858203235179759612007-02-11T08:47:00.000-05:002007-02-11T08:47:00.000-05:00And I apologise for my spelling...it's early!!!!!And I apologise for my spelling...it's early!!!!!Peter Nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00625257724065648318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24009374.post-26944526581138833072007-02-11T08:46:00.000-05:002007-02-11T08:46:00.000-05:00I have to agree...fabulous stuff Danny!!!! I wish ...I have to agree...fabulous stuff Danny!!!! I wish I coud do it all over again......although being in Connecticut, there were no Tower records. Hey Danny, imagine being in charge of imports during the Beatle's reign. Thanks to my Dad, for I was young, I was able to order the British versions of the first seven Beatles albums, soon after Capitol (in the case of A hard Day's Night's, United Artist Records) released their "butchered, song switching" releases. From Harods. And I was the first 15 year old with those "NEW BEATLES SONGS no included on the Capital releases. Of course, that all changed with '67's Sgt. Pepper. From then on, all LPs were the same, this side of the pond or not.
Thank you for writing such a great post. And thanks Q! Enjy this cold and clear Sunday!
